Printed Circuit Board (PCB) design and manufacturing
Single-layer, double-layer, and multilayer PCB production
Flexible, rigid-flex, and specialty PCB manufacturing
Prototype and small-batch production
Quality testing and inspection services

PCB Assembly

Our assembly services include:

Surface Mount Technology (SMT) assembly
Through-hole component assembly
Mixed technology assembly (SMT + Through-hole)
Box build and system integration
Testing and quality assurance

Additional Services

Design for Manufacturing (DFM) consultation
Component sourcing and procurement
Custom packaging and labeling
Logistics and shipping coordination
Technical support and engineering assistance

Order Process and Acceptance

Order Submission

Orders must be submitted through our official channels
All technical specifications must be clearly defined
Design files must be provided in acceptable formats
Quantity, delivery requirements, and special instructions must be specified

Order Acceptance

Orders are subject to our review and acceptance
We reserve the right to decline orders that exceed our capabilities
Acceptance is confirmed through written communication
Changes to accepted orders require mutual agreement

Technical Specifications and Requirements

Design Files

Gerber files, drill files, and pick-and-place files required
Files must be complete and error-free
Design review and DFM analysis may be provided
Customer is responsible for design accuracy and functionality

Pricing and Payment Terms

Customer may not reverse-engineer our proprietary processes

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the specific order
We are not liable for consequential or indirect damages
Customer assumes responsibility for design functionality
Force majeure events exclude liability

Indemnification

Customer agrees to indemnify us against claims arising from:

Design defects or intellectual property infringement
Misuse of products or failure to follow specifications
Third-party claims related to customer's products
Violation of applicable laws or regulations

Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes will be resolved through:

Good faith negotiation as the first step
Mediation through recognized industry bodies
Arbitration in Guangzhou, China
Court proceedings as a last resort

Termination

Termination Rights

Either party may terminate these Terms:

With written notice for convenience
Immediately for material breach
Upon insolvency or bankruptcy
For violation of intellectual property rights

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

Outstanding orders may be completed or cancelled
Payment obligations remain in effect
